Xxxxxxx Report definition

Xxxxxxx Report means a report entitled "Verification of Synfuel Project Asset Relocation" prepared by Xxxxxxx & Xxxxxxx, Inc. for Synthetic American Fuel Enterprises I, LLC and Synthetic American Fuel Enterprises II, LLC and dated June 2002.

Xxxxxxx Report means any report issued by General Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx at the request of the DOD relating to the procurement of Launch Services by the U.S. Government.

Xxxxxxx Report means the March 12, 2012 technical report of the Xxxxxxx Property compliant with NI 43-101 prepared by X.X. Xxxxxxx Consulting, Ph.D., LG, LLC;

More Definitions of Xxxxxxx Report

Xxxxxxx Report means that report submitted each Reporting Obligation Quarter by You to AMS in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;

Xxxxxxx Report means the independent engineering report dated February 24, 2005 prepared by Xxxxxxx evaluating, effective December 31, 2004, the oil and natural gas reserves held by StarPoint Energy and E3 at the time of the Arrangement, less the properties transferred to Mission Oil & Gas Inc. pursuant to the Arrangement;

Xxxxxxx Report means the report dated December 31, 199 prepared by Xxxxxxx evaluating Beaver Lake's reserves of oil, natural gas liquids and natural gas as at December 31, 1998;

Xxxxxxx Report means the independent engineering report effective January 1, 2004, as mechanically updated to October 1, 2004, prepared by Xxxxxxx evaluating the oil and natural gas reserves relating to all of the properties directly or indirectly held by StarPoint Energy other than the Upton Properties;

Xxxxxxx Report means the technical report entitled "Independent Technical Report and Preliminary Economic Assessment Xxxxxxx Project Xxxxx County, Idaho USA" prepared for Xxxx by Global Resource Engineering with an effective date of July 30, 2019, with respect to the Xxxxxxx Project;

Xxxxxxx Report means a report prepared by the Xxxxxxx containing the information set out in the Membership Agreement;

Xxxxxxx Report has the meaning ascribed thereto in subsection 5.1(r);
