Xxxxxxx Persons means the collective reference to (a) Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, (b) the heirs, executors, administrators, testamentary trustees, legatees or beneficiaries of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and (c) a trust, the beneficiaries of which, or a corporation, partnership or limited liability company, the stockholders or general or limited partners or members of which, include only Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx or his spouse or lineal descendants, in each case to whom any Person set forth in (a) or (b) or any such trust, corporation, partnership or limited liability company has transferred the beneficial ownership of any capital stock of the Borrower.
