Xxxxxxx Delivery Points definition

Xxxxxxx Delivery Points means (i) the points identified in Schedule 3 to the Agreement at which Gas is delivered to a Xxxxxxx Receiving Transporter by Gatherer, (ii) any additional delivery points that, from time to time, are added at the request of Producers (at Producers’ expense) to the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems after the Effective Date to permit delivery of Gas to the same or other Xxxxxxx Receiving Transporters, as provided in Section 6(f) of Exhibit A to the Agreement and (iii) any additional delivery points added to the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems for gas lift operations at Producer’s request and expense, as provided in Section 6(b)(2) or Section 11 of Exhibit A to the Agreement.

Examples of Xxxxxxx Delivery Points in a sentence

  • Producers shall be responsible for the cost of connecting (i) such new Producer Xxxxx on pads on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System where Gatherer has installed a Gatherer’s Receipt Meter and (ii) new Xxxxxxx Delivery Points added to the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems for gas lift operations under Section 11 of this Exhibit A.

  • Gatherer, or its designee, shall maintain and operate Gatherer’s Receipt Meters, when installed, and the measuring stations at the Xxxxxxx Delivery Points.

  • To the extent Producers’ Nominations of Gas to a Xxxxxxx Delivery Point or Xxxxxxx Delivery Points would not permit Gatherer to accept the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity on any Xxxxxxx Gathering System, Producers shall exercise commercially reasonable efforts to nominate Gas at other Xxxxxxx Delivery Points to permit Gatherer to accept the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity on any such Xxxxxxx Gathering System.

  • Producers shall make, or cause to be made, all necessary arrangements with other pipelines or third parties at or upstream of the Xxxxxxx Receipt Points and at or downstream of the Xxxxxxx Delivery Points to effect Gatherer’s receipt and delivery of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas.

  • Producers agree to tender, or cause to be tendered, to the Xxxxxxx Receipt Points, Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas, each Day, and Gatherer agrees to accept Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas at the Xxxxxxx Receipt Points and redeliver Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas to the Xxxxxxx Delivery Points, subject to and on the terms provided in this Agreement.

  • To the extent Producers’ Nominations of Gas to a Xxxxxxx Delivery Point or Xxxxxxx Delivery Points on any Xxxxxxx Gathering System would cause an increase in the pressure tier on such Xxxxxxx Gathering System, Producers shall cooperate in good faith with Gatherer to nominate Gas at other Xxxxxxx Delivery Points to avoid such increase in the pressure tier on such Xxxxxxx Gathering System.

  • Gatherer shall, as nearly as practicable each Day, deliver for Producers’ account Equivalent Quantities of Gas at the Xxxxxxx Delivery Points.

  • The Xxxxxxx Receipt Points and Xxxxxxx Delivery Points may be at locations through which other volumes of Gas are being measured.

  • As between the Parties, Producers shall be deemed to be in exclusive control and possession of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas delivered hereunder and responsible for any damage or injury caused thereby prior to the time Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas shall have been delivered to Gatherer at the Xxxxxxx Receipt Points and at and after Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas is redelivered to or on behalf of Producers at the Xxxxxxx Delivery Points.

  • The Maximum Daily Quantity for the Xxxxxxx Central Gathering System has been established based on ** providing the Xxxxxxx Delivery Points and the compression services contemplated by the ** Agreement.

Related to Xxxxxxx Delivery Points

  • Delivery Points means: (i) for natural gas transported by interstate pipelines, the city gate stations of your Utility, and (ii) for electricity, one or more points at which Company, as your agent, has arranged for the delivery of electricity to a third party (such as your Utility) for your account or at your premises.

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • Service delivery area means the defined geographic area for delivery of program services.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Calling Name Delivery Service (CNDS means a service that enables a terminating End User to identify the calling Party by a displayed name before a call is answered. The calling Party’s name is retrieved from a calling name database and delivered to the End User’s premise between the first and second ring for display on compatible End User premises equipment.

  • Receipt Point(s means the receipt points set forth in Section 6 of this Toll Schedule.

  • Supply Point means the point of connection between the licensed network and your apparatus or equipment.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Receipt Point means the receipt/inception point(s) where Crude Oil is received into the Gathering System, as such points are specified in Section II of this tariff.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Gas to be delivered and taken as agreed to by the parties in a transaction.

  • Process Gas means gas used for which altemate fuels, other than another gaseous fuel, are not technically feasible such as in applications requiring precise temperature controls and precise flame characteristics.

  • Crude Oil means any liquid hydrocarbon mixture occurring naturally in the earth whether or not treated to render it suitable for transportation and includes:

  • EXXXX means the Commission’s Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis and Retrieval System.

  • Network Supply Point or "NSP" means any Point of Connection between:

  • Xxxxxx Mae The Government National Mortgage Association, or any successor thereto.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;

  • Delivery Schedule means the schedule for the delivery of Services as set forth in attached Annex 3.

  • Feedstock means a solid waste that will readily decompose during the composting process including but not limited to yard waste, agricultural waste, animal waste, food scraps, animal carcasses, raw rendering material, and mixed solid waste.

  • Feedstock Gas means natural gas used as a raw material for its chemical properties in creating an end product.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Delivery Year means the Planning Period for which a Capacity Resource is committed pursuant to the auction procedures specified in Tariff, Attachment DD, or pursuant to an FRR Capacity Plan under Reliability Assurance Agreement, Schedule 8.1. Demand Bid:
