Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems means, collectively, all of the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems.

  • Producers shall be responsible for the cost of connecting (i) such new Producer Xxxxx on pads on a Xxxxxxx Gathering System where Gatherer has installed a Gatherer’s Receipt Meter and (ii) new Xxxxxxx Delivery Points added to the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems for gas lift operations under Section 11 of this Exhibit A.

  • Volumes of Gas received in the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems under a Separate GGA shall be applied to the Adjusted Xxxxxxx Annual Minimum Volume to the extent that (i) such volumes would have constituted Producers’ Gas or MV Mitigation Gas if the Xxxxxxx Dedicated Properties covered by such Separate GGA had continued to be owned by Producers or their Affiliates and (ii) the Adjusted Xxxxxxx Annual Minimum Volume has not otherwise been reduced to reflect volumes delivered under such Separate GGA.

  • In no event shall Gatherer ever be required to accept from Producers on any of the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems a volume of Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas in excess of the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity for that Xxxxxxx Gathering System.

  • If Gatherer reasonably believes Producers will not deliver the Xxxxxxx Annual Minimum Volume for the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems in such Year, Gatherer may require that any advance payment in cash by Producers to Gatherer be in an amount up to the aggregate proceeds due from Producers under Section 7.2 for the prior 2 Month period and that any Acceptable Letter of Credit be in an amount up to the aggregate proceeds paid by Producers under Section 7.2 for the prior 3 Month period.

  • Producers shall, at all times, be holders of Priority 1 Service with respect to all Producers’ Gas and MV Mitigation Gas received by the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems up to the Xxxxxxx Maximum Daily Quantity, subject to Gatherer’s obligations under third party gas gathering agreements relating to any of the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems in effect on September 30, 2009 under which Gatherer provides a similar level of service.

  • Without the prior written consent of Gatherer, Producers shall have no right to locate a processing plant or other processing-type facilities (whether owned by Producers, their Affiliates, or a third party) on any portion or segment of any of the Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems.

Related to Xxxxxxx Gathering Systems

  • Gathering System means that portion of Gatherer’s pipeline system, including all appurtenances thereto, related to the provision of gathering and transportation services provided by Gatherer pursuant to this tariff.

  • Pipeline means any pipe, pipes, or pipelines used for the intrastate transportation or transmission of any solid, liquid, or gaseous substance, except water.

  • Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that does all of the following:

  • Beam scattering foil means a thin piece of material (usually metallic) placed in the beam to scatter a beam of electrons in order to provide a more uniform electron distribution in the useful beam.

  • Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel means diesel fuel that has a sulfur content of no more than fifteen parts per

  • Interconnection Service(s means any Interconnection, Resale Services, 251(c)(3) UNEs, Collocation, functions, facilities, products or services offered under this Agreement.

  • Pipelines means those pipelines within the Storage Facility that connect the Tanks to one another and to the receiving and delivery flanges of the Storage Facility.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7) means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • smart metering system means an electronic system that can measure energy consumption, providing more information than a conventional meter, and can transmit and receive data for information, monitoring and control purposes, using a form of electronic communication;

  • Supply Pipe means any part of a service pipe which a water undertaker could not be, or have been required to lay under section 46 of the Water Industry Act 1991; and

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.

  • Interconnection Service Agreement means an agreement among the Transmission Provider, an Interconnection Customer and an Interconnected Transmission Owner regarding interconnection under Tariff, Part IV and Tariff, Part VI. List of Approved Contractors:

  • Train Unloading Infrastructure means train unloading infrastructure reasonably required for the unloading of iron ore from the Railway to be processed, or blended with other iron ore, at processing or blending facilities in the vicinity of that train unloading infrastructure and with the resulting iron ore products then loaded on to the Railway for transport (directly or indirectly) to a loading port.   • Terminals means, collectively (a) the Initial Terminals; and (b) any other terminals, storage facilities, wharfage, tankage and loading racks owned or leased by any Loan Party that are used in the Business.

  • Signaling System 7 (SS7 means a signaling protocol used by the CCS Network.

  • Net energy metering means the difference between the kilowatt-hours consumed by a customer-generator and the kilowatt-hours generated by the customer- generator's facility over any time period determined as if measured by a single meter capable of registering the flow of electricity in two directions.

  • Metering System means the meters and other applicable devices/instruments installed and used for measurement of Electricity, delivered from the Electricity generated by Units comprising the Facility, as per the specifications provided in Schedule C and shall comprise of the Main Meter and the Back Up Meter;

  • Diatomaceous earth filtration means a process resulting in substantial particulate removal in which a precoat cake of diatomaceous earth filter media is deposited on a support membrane (septum), and while the water is filtered by passing through the cake on the septum, additional filter media known as body feed is continuously added to the feed water to maintain the permeability of the filter cake.

  • CO2 means carbon dioxide.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Station means a telephone instrument consisting of a connected transmitter, receiver, and associated apparatus to permit sending or receiving telephone messages.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.
