Xxxxxx Options means options to purchase Common Shares, including without limitation any performance or inducement options to acquire Common Shares granted under the Xxxxxx Stock Option Plan or under specific Xxxxxx employment agreements;

Xxxxxx Options means the share options over 3,750 ordinary shares of [pound]1 each in the capital of the Company granted on 25 January 2002 to Xxxxxx XxXxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx;
