XM Radio Business definition

XM Radio Business means the business of transmitting digital radio programming throughout the United States by satellite and terrestrial repeating stations to be received by subscribers, including any business in which the Company was engaged on the date hereof, and any business reasonably related thereto.

  • Micro Business means a company which either:
