Wxxxx Fargo Facility definition

Wxxxx Fargo Facility means the credit facilities provided to Angiotech pursuant to the credit agreement dated February 27, 2009 among the Companies, Wxxxx Fargo Foothill, LLC and the other lenders that are signatories thereto (as such agreement may be amended, restated, replaced or otherwise modified from time to time).
