Second Amendment definition

Second Amendment means that certain Second Amendment to Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of May 8, 2020, among the Borrower, the Lenders party thereto and the Administrative Agent.
Second Amendment means that certain Second Amendment to Credit Agreement, dated as of September 13, 2016, by and among the Borrower, the Guarantors party thereto, the Banks party thereto and the Administrative Agent.
