  • In order to ensure adequate safeguards for the cross-border transfer of the Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of POPIA, the Parties agree that the Customer shall be entitled to transfer Personal Information to WTG, and WTG shall be entitled to receive and Process the Personal Information, subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Schedule 7 as read together with the DPA.

WTG means a wind turbine generator, consisting of pedestal, tower, rotors, generators, control equipment, electrical connections, and any other related or appurtenant facilities or equipment necessary to generate and transmit electricity.
