Final Drawing. Upon receipt from a Liquidity Provider of a Termination Notice with respect to any Liquidity Facility, the Subordination Agent shall, not later than the date specified in such Termination Notice, in accordance with the terms of such Liquidity Facility, request a drawing under such Liquidity Facility of all available and undrawn amounts thereunder (a “Final Drawing”). Amounts drawn pursuant to a Final Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.5(f) hereof.
Final Drawing. If any action is required under a Liquidity Facility to be taken by the Subordination Agent in order to make a Final Drawing thereunder, the Subordination Agent shall not fail to take such action. Upon receipt of the proceeds of a Final Drawing under the related Liquidity Facility, the Subordination Agent shall maintain and invest such proceeds in accordance with Section 3.6(f) hereof.
Final Drawing. Amounts drawn pursuant to a Final Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.5(f) hereof.
Final Drawing. Upon receipt from the Initial Credit Facility Provider of a Termination Notice with respect to the Initial Credit Facility, the Cash Manager shall, not later than the date specified in such Termination Notice, in accordance with the terms of the Initial Credit Facility, request a drawing under the Initial Credit Facility of the Available Amount thereunder (a “Final Drawing”). Proceeds of a Final Drawing shall be deposited into the Credit Facility Reserve Account for application in accordance with Section 3.12(f) hereof.
Final Drawing. Upon receipt from the Liquidity Provider of a Termination Notice, the Trustee shall, not later than the date specified in such Termination Notice, in accordance with the terms of the Liquidity Facility, request a drawing under the Liquidity Facility of all available and undrawn amounts thereunder (a "FINAL DRAWING"). Amounts drawn pursuant to a Final Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.5(f) hereof.

Upon receipt from a Liquidity Provider of a Termination Notice with respect to its applicable Liquidity Facility, the Subordination Agent shall, not later than the date specified in such Termination Notice, in accordance with the terms of such Liquidity Facility, request a drawing under such Liquidity Facility of all available and undrawn amounts thereunder (a “Final Drawing”). Amounts drawn pursuant to a Final Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.05(f). 44 Intercreditor Agreement (2019-1) American Airlines Aircraft EETC (j) Adjustments of Stated Amount. Promptly following each date on which the Required Amount of the Liquidity Facility for a relevant Class of Certificates is reduced as a result of a reduction in the Pool Balance with respect to such Certificates or otherwise, the Subordination Agent shall, if any such Liquidity Facility provides for reductions of the Stated Amount of such Liquidity Facility and if such reductions are not automatic, request such Liquidity Provider for such Class of Certificates to reduce such Stated Amount to an amount equal to the Required Amount with respect to such Liquidity Facility (as calculated by the Subordination Agent after giving effect to such payment). Each such request shall be made in accordance with the provisions of the applicable Liquidity Facility.
Final Drawing. A-E shall deliver the final drawing in digital format conforming to the latest AutoCAD version being used by OC Waste & Recycling or in a version as specified by OC Waste & Recycling. The digital drawing will be placed on CD-ROM utilizing a .DWG file format for use in the latest version of Land Development Desktop software used by OC Waste & Recycling or in a version as specified by OC Waste & Recycling. Contours shall be AECC_Contours. A-E shall use AutoCAD layering specified line type, and the layer description to be implemented and adhered to for all photogrammetric and topographic digital files. Final Drawing. Upon receipt from a Liquidity Provider of a Termination Notice with respect to its applicable Liquidity Facility, the Subordination Agent shall, not later than the date specified in such Termination Notice, in accordance with the terms of such Liquidity Facility, request a drawing under such Liquidity Facility of all available and undrawn 38 Intercreditor Agreement (2017-2) American Airlines Aircraft EETC amounts thereunder (a “Final Drawing”). Amounts drawn pursuant to a Final Drawing shall be maintained and invested in accordance with Section 3.05(f).
Final Drawing. Borrower shall have effected a Borrowing of Construction Loans in the amount of the then-remaining Available Construction Loan Commitment which shall have been disbursed (i) for purposes of funding the Completion Reserve Borrowing as required by Section 3.3(i), (ii) as provided in Section 5.1(a)(vii) of the Depositary Agreement and (iii) for any remaining amount after the disbursements in clauses (i) and (ii), to the Operating Account (collectively, the “Final Drawing”).
Final Drawing. A final drawing with precise site boundaries of the Law School Shaft shall be provided by Sound Transit to the University for final approval under the process set forth in Article VII. The drawings may be included in any Final Agreement entered into between the parties.
