Working Group Participant means a Steering Member, General Member, or Contributor who has Joined a Working Group.Working Group CharterThis Working Group Charter establishes the Scope and intellectual property terms used to develop the materials identified in this Working Group Charter for the Project. Only Project Steering Members, General Members, and Contributors, as applicable, that Joined the Working Group Charter will be bound by its terms and be permitted to participate in this Working Group.

Examples of Working Group Participant in a sentence

  • The Working Group Participant must disclose the identities of all known copyright owners in the Contribution.

Related to Working Group Participant

  • Program participant means an individual certified by the secretary as a program participant under Iowa Code section 9E.3.

  • Covered Executive means any “executive officer” of the Company as defined under Rule 10D-1.
