Withdrawable account definition

Withdrawable account means a deposit account of an association which does not represent permanent capital stock; and
Withdrawable account means the account to hold and maintain the portion of the Participant's Accrued Benefit that is available for in-service withdrawal under Section 8.9 hereinbelow.

Eligible Accounts may bear interest, and may include, if otherwise qualified under this definition, accounts maintained with the Trustee.

  • Aggregate Account means, with respect to each Participant, the value of all accounts maintained on behalf of a Participant, whether attributable to Employer or Employee contributions, subject to the provisions of Section 9.2.

  • Reportable Account The term “Reportable Account” means an account held by one or more Reportable Persons or by a Passive NFE with one or more Controlling Persons that is a Reportable Person.

  • Custodial Accounts Each Custodial Account (other than an Escrow Account) established and maintained by a Servicer pursuant to a Servicing Agreement with respect to the Mortgage Loans.
