Wide Safety definition

Wide Safety has the meaning ascribed to it in the Preamble hereof. Where a word or phrase is defined, its other grammatical forms have a corresponding meaning. Wide Safety has the meaning set forth in the Preamble hereof. EXHIBIT C DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE The following are the disclosure schedules (the “Disclosure Schedule”) contemplated by the Series A-1 Senior Preferred Share Purchase Agreement, dated as of October 16, 2010, by and among Nobao Renewable Energy Holdings Limited (the “Company”), SLP Noble Holdings Ltd. and the other parties thereto, of which certain Schedules contain exceptions to the representations, warranties, covenants and agreements of the Company contained therein. The section numbers in this Disclosure Schedule correspond to the section numbers in the Section 3 of the Agreement; provided, however, that any information disclosed herein shall be deemed incorporated into and made a part of the representations and warranties of the Company in the Agreement and disclosed and incorporated into any other sections of this Disclosure Schedule where such disclosure would be appropriate and reasonably apparent in the context of the disclosure herein, whether or not repeated under any section number where such disclosure might be deemed appropriate. Any terms defined in the Agreement shall have the same meaning when used in this Disclosure Schedule as when used in the Agreement, unless otherwise provided. Notwithstanding any materiality qualifications in any of the Company’s representations, warranties, covenants and agreements in the Agreement, for administrative ease, certain items have been included herein that are not considered by the Company to be material to the business, assets or results of operations of the Company. The inclusion of any item hereunder shall not be deemed to be an admission by the Company that such item is material to the business, assets or results of operations of the Company nor shall it be deemed an admission of any obligation or liability to any third party. This Disclosure Schedule and the information and disclosures contained in this Disclosure Schedule are intended only to qualify and limit the representations, warranties and covenants of the Company contained in the Agreement and shall not be deemed to expand in any way the scope or effect of any of such representations, warranties or covenants.

PSAPs are staffed by employees of Service Agencies such as police, fire or emergency medical agencies or by employees of a common bureau serving a group of such entities.

  • Public Safety and/or “Nuisance” means anything which is injurious to the safety or health of an entire community or neighborhood, or any considerable number of persons, or unlawfully obstructs the free passage or use, in the customary manner, of any navigable lake, or river, bay, stream, canal, or basin.

  • Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act means the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act 16 of 2013);

  • health and safety specification means a site, activity or project specific document prepared by the client pertaining to all health and safety requirements related to construction work;
