Wholesale Service Area definition

Wholesale Service Area means the combined service areas of the Wholesale Customers, as delineated on the service area maps attached to each Individual Water Sales Contract.

Wholesale Service Area means only the territory more particularly described or depicted in Exhibit B attached hereto which consists of the real property located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City that is also within the Customer’s boundaries .

Examples of Wholesale Service Area in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Wholesale Water Services shall not be the exclusive source of potable water supply to Customer, and Customer may elect, in its sole discretion, to secure additional or alternative water supplies for the Wholesale Service Area at any time.

  • Customer will be solely responsible for providing retail water service within the Wholesale Service Area.

  • Wholesale Service means Telecommunication Services that Embarq provides at retail to subscribers who are not Telecommunications Carriers as set forth in 47 USC §251(c)(4) which Embarq provides to resellers at a wholesale rate.

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.
