Water user means a person, corporation, or other entity having a right to divert water from the Bear River for beneficial use;
reverse charge ’ means the liability to pay tax by the recipient of supply of goods or services or both instead of the supplier of such goods or services or both under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 9, or under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 5 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act;
Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.
Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
Water Charges means service charges in respect of the provision of water.
Bond Service Charges means, for any period or payable at any time, the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Bonds for that period or payable at that time whether due at maturity or upon redemption, Mandatory Tender or acceleration.
Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;
Stormwater means water resulting from precipitation (including rain and snow) that runs off the land’s surface, is transmitted to the subsurface, or is captured by separate storm sewers or other sewage or drainage facilities, or conveyed by snow removal equipment.
Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.
Stormwater runoff means water flow on the surface of the ground or in storm sewers, resulting from precipitation.
Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;
Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;
development charge means a charge imposed pursuant to this By-law;
Wastewater collection system means the sewer and pumping system used for the collection and conveyance of domestic, commercial and industrial wastewater; and
No Charge Bid When Bids are requested on a number of Products as a Group or Lot, a Bidder desiring to Bid “no charge” on a Product in the Group or Lot must clearly indicate such. Otherwise, such Bid may be considered incomplete and be rejected, in whole or in part, at the discretion of the Commissioner.
Resource Substitution Charge means a charge assessed on Capacity Market Buyers in an Incremental Auction to recover the cost of replacement Capacity Resources.
RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.
