Warrant Units definition

Warrant Units means the Units issuable upon exercise of this Unit Warrant.
Warrant Units means the Common Units purchasable upon exercise of this Warrant in accordance with the terms of this Warrant (without taking into account any limitations or restrictions on the exercisability of this Warrant, other than with respect to Section 2 or Section 3 of this Warrant).
Warrant Units means the Class A Membership Interests to be purchased upon the exercise hereof, subject to adjustment as provided herein.

Examples of Warrant Units in a sentence

  • This Warrant does not entitle the Holder to any voting rights or other rights as a member of the Company prior to the Exercise Date and then only with respect to the Warrant Units to be issued with respect thereto.

  • No fractional Warrant Units will be issued in connection with any exercise of this Unit Warrant.

  • The Company will at all times reserve and keep available, solely for issuance and delivery upon the exercise of this Warrant, such Warrant Units and other stock, securities and property, as from time to time shall be issuable upon the exercise of this Warrant.

Warrant Units has the meaning assigned to such term in the Recitals.

Unless the context of this Warrant clearly requires otherwise, references to the plural include the singular, references to the singular include the plural, the term “including” is not limiting, and the term “or” has, except where otherwise indicated, the inclusive meaning represented by the phrase “and/or.” References in this Warrant to the “Holder” or “Holders” of this Warrant include the singular and the plural, it being understood that there may be one or more Holders of this Warrant at any particular time.
Warrant Units has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 1 above.
