Class A Membership Interests definition

Class A Membership Interests means membership interests in the Company that are held initially by Clean Technologies and have the rights described in the Company LLC Agreement.

Class A Membership Interests is defined in Section 3.1(b).

More Definitions of Class A Membership Interests

Class A Membership Interests has the meaning assigned to such term in the Company LLC Agreement.
