Waiver agency definition

Waiver agency means an entity that provides HCBS under an ODM-administered waiver program, other than such an entity that is certified under the medicare program. "Waiver agency" does not mean an independent provider as defined in section 5164.341 of the Revised Code or rule 5160-45-08 of the Administrative Code.
