Member Agency definition

Member Agency means a voting and dues paying municipal or other government entity located within Kitsap County which is a party to this Agreement.
Member Agency means each public agency which is a member of Alameda CTC pursuant to the JPA.
Member Agency means a party to the JPA. Current member agencies are the County of Alameda, the Cities of Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Dublin, Emeryville, Fremont, Hayward, Livermore, Newark, Oakland, Piedmont, Pleasanton, San Leandro, Union City, and the Castro Valley and Oro Loma Sanitary Districts.   • If the Capital Reserve Fund balance exceeds $100,000 on September 1 of any year, the Library Director shall provide the fiscal agent with the appropriate allocation to reduce the community contribution proportionally in the subsequent year(s) by the then current Member Agency Cost Allocation.

  • Each appointment shall be for a three-year term, provided that if, after such appointment, the appointee changes their residence to a location outside the Member Agency which appointed them, the term shall immediately expire, and a successor shall be appointed.

More Definitions of Member Agency

Member Agency or “Member” means any public agency which is a signatory and party to this Agreement.
Member Agency means each of the original signatories to this Agreement and any Local Agency, which hereafter becomes a signatory to this Agreement pursuant to Section 6.12.
Member Agency means any public agency that is a party to this Agreement.
Member Agency means a general purpose municipal corporation or government agency, a fire district, a Public Safety Interlocal Operation, tribal government, or a state agency created under the laws of the State, which has accepted the terms of and has executed the Intergovernmental Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof as a Member Agency, including original signatories to the Intergovernmental Agreement and entities that joined TCOMM911 in accordance with the provisions of the Intergovernmental Agreement.
Member Agency or “Member Agencies” shall mean the local and/or regional public agencies regulated under the Clean Water Act, 33 U.S.C. § 1251 et seq., the federal Safe Drinking Water Act, 42 U.S.C. § 300f et seq., and/or the state Safe Drinking Water Act, Health & Safety Code § 116275 et seq., that operate within or have jurisdiction over any area within the North Bay Region, and that are signatories to this MOU. Member Agencies are entitled to one voting member on the Board of Directors and Technical Advisory Committee as defined herein.
