The Contractor shall not subcontract any portion of the Price Agreement without the prior written approval of the Procuring Agency.
Once a Purchase Order or contract has been executed, no changes of personnel will be made by the Contractor without prior written consent of the Procuring Agency.
The Procuring Agency shall retain the right to request the removal of any of the Contractor’s personnel at any time.
