Vine definition

Vine means a grape-vine alive or dead and any cutting or part of a grape-vine.
Vine means any plant with a long slender stem that trails or creeps on the ground or climbs by winding or attaching itself on a support such as walls, poles, trees, etc.. They shall be a minimum of 36 inches in height at planting and may be used in conjunction with fences, screens or walls to meet physical barrier requirements.
Vine shall have the meaning given in the Preamble.
