Urgent Possession definition

Urgent Possession is similar to a Planned Possession, except that such a possession is required to correct problems that are considered potentially dangerous and as a result, the possession must be carried out between seven (7) days and three (3) Months from the detection of the problem;
Urgent Possession has the meaning given in the Access Undertaking.

  • Explosives or munitions emergency response specialist means an individual trained in chemical or conventional munitions or explosives handling, transportation, render-safe procedures, or destruction techniques.
