Access Undertaking definition

Access Undertaking means the access undertaking submitted by DBCT Management from time to time relating to provision of the Services by it, and at the commencement of this Agreement means the access undertaking approved by the QCA on [insert date].

Access Undertaking means the undertaking provided by Viterra Operations Ltd to the ACCC pursuant to the WEMA and Part IIIA of the TPA dated [ ] 2011 and available on the ACCC website at xxx.xxxx.xxx.xx.

Ad Hoc Train Service means a train service additional to the number of Train Services permitted under this agreement and varying from the Train Service Description, but agreed to by Queensland Rail.
