Urgent Care Facility means a Hospital or other licensed facility which provides diagnosis, Treatment, and care of persons who need acute care under the supervision of Physicians.
Outpatient: A person who is not admitted for Inpatient care, but is treated in the Outpatient department of a Hospital, in an observation room, in an Ambulatory Surgical Facility, Urgent Care Facility, a Physician’s office, or at home.
