UPG Customer definition
UPG Customer means any purchaser of goods and/or services from UPG at any time up to and including January 1, 2009, any purchase of goods and/or services from UPG at any time during the Restricted Period and any prospective purchaser of goods and/or services from UPG solicited by UPG during the Restricted Period.
