Unsanitary definition

Unsanitary as applied to a structure means failure to maintain healthy conditions and liable to be a danger or hazard to the health of persons occupying or frequenting it, or to the public, if such danger arises from the methods or materials of construction, or from equipment installed therein for the purposes of lighting, heating, ventilation, or plumbing, or from existing conditions liable to cause rat infestation, vermin infestation, accumulation of trash or debris in the building, yards or accessory structure on the premises or from mold-causing conditions. Same as unsanitary.
