Unreimbursed Development Costs definition

Unreimbursed Development Costs means any Development Costs incurred by either Party for which Amgen is not entitled to reimbursement from a Third Party pursuant to the Excluded Territory Agreements; provided, that [*] shall be an Unreimbursed Development Cost.
Unreimbursed Development Costs means those costs to develop the Project incurred by O'Brien and AEC and/or Adwin, as set out in Exhibit A.

Unreimbursed Development Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 4.12(f). “U.S.” means the United States of America. “USG” means the United States Government. “U.S. Gross Profits” means, with respect to a given period of time and a given Royalty- Bearing Product sold or transferred in or for the U.S. Territory by Purchaser, any of its Affiliates or a Licensee, the positive amount, if any, equal to: (a) the sum of (i) the Net Sales of such Royalty- Bearing Product in or for the U.S. Territory in such period of time and (ii) Other Royalty-Bearing Product Revenue with respect to Royalty-Bearing Product manufactured for end use or consumption in or for the U.S. Territory in such period of time; less (b) the Cost of Goods of such Royalty-Bearing Product included in the calculation of the Net Sales of such Royalty-Bearing Product in such period of time under the preceding subclause (i) of clause (a) of this definition; provided, however, that Net Sales of, Other Royalty-Bearing Product Revenue with respect to, and the Costs of Goods of, the Excluded U.S. TCs shall be disregarded in calculating “U.S. Gross Profits”.

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Development Expenses means, with respect to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.), usual and customary operating and financial costs, such as the compliance monitoring fee, the financial monitoring fee, replacement reserves, the servicing fee and the debt service reserves. As it relates to SAIL Developments as well as HOME Developments when the HOME Development is also at least partially financed with a MMRB Loan (as defined in rule Chapter 67-21, F.A.C.) and to the application of Development Cash Flow described in subsections 67-48.010(5) and (6), F.A.C., as it relates to SAIL Developments or in paragraph 67-48.020(3)(b), F.A.C., as it relates to HOME Developments, the term includes only those expenses disclosed in the operating pro forma on an annual basis included in the final credit underwriting report, as approved by the Board, and maximum of 20 percent Developer Fee per year.

  • Total Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development, all of which shall be subject to the review and approval by the Credit Underwriter and the Corporation pursuant to this rule chapter, and as further described in Rule 67-48.0075, F.A.C.

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Economic development project means land and existing or planned improvements suitable for use by an industrial or commercial enterprise, or housing development, or the protection of the environment, including, but not limited to, groundwater or surface water.   • Medical Expenses means those expenses that an Insured Person has necessarily and actually incurred for medical treatment on account of Illness or Accident on the advice of a Medical Practitioner, as long as these are no more than would have been payable if the Insured Person had not been insured and no more than other hospitals or doctors in the same locality would have charged for the same medical treatment.

  • Project Costs means all allowable costs, as set forth in the applicable Federal cost principles, incurred by a recipient and the value of the contribu- tions made by third parties in accom- plishing the objectives of the award during the project period.

  • FTE means full-time equated.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Development Fees means fees imposed to offset capital costs of providing public infrastructure, public safety or other public services to a development and authorized pursuant to A.R.S. Section 9-463.05, A.R.S. Section 11-1102 or A.R.S. Title 48 regardless of the jurisdiction to which the fees are paid.

  • Research and development facility means an establishment engaged in laboratory, scientific, or experimental testing and development related to new products, new uses for existing products, or improving existing products.
