Union Negotiating Committee definition

Union Negotiating Committee. All employees shall continue to accrue benefits while serving as a member of the Union negotiating committee, including PTO time, insurance benefits, seniority, pension credits, etc.
Union Negotiating Committee means two (2) employees elected by the Union whose duties are to negotiate, with a Staff Representative of the Union and any other Union personnel, a revision and renewal of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
