PTO Time Clause Samples

PTO Time. The Officer understands that he will not be eligible for or accrue any additional PTO eligibility after the Separation Date. Payment for any earned but unused 2018 PTO will be paid to the Officer once calculated and as soon as practical, by way of Grainger’s normal payroll process, following the Officer’s Separation Date.
PTO Time. An employee who works one of the above designated Holidays may also request eight (8) hours of PTO time for the day.
PTO Time. The Officer will continue to be eligible for and accrue PTO through the Retirement Termination Date in accordance with the terms of Grainger’s PTO policy. Payment for any earned but unused PTO will be paid to the Officer in conjunction with his Retirement Termination Date.
PTO Time. (a) For the duration of this Agreement, all employees shall continue to participate in Einstein’s existing Paid Time Off (PTO) Program on the same terms as other similarly-situated ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Healthcare Network employees and the terms of such plans shall not be changed in a manner materially adverse to participating employees. (b) For purposes of this section, effective January 1, 2017, Einstein’s “existing Paid Time Off (PTO) Program” will provide that all employees shall accrue PTO time at the rate in effect prior to September 1, 2003.
PTO Time. PTO scheduled, and approved, five days or more before the start of the shift (Scheduled PTO) shall count as time worked for the purposes of overtime. PTO requested less than five (5) days before the first day of the scheduled shift (unscheduled PTO) does not count as time worked for the purposes of overtime.
PTO Time. (a) For the duration of this Agreement, all employees shall continue to participate in Einstein’s Paid Time Off (PTO) Program on the same terms as other similarly-situated ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Healthcare Network employees. (b) If the terms of such plans shall be changed in a manner materially adverse to participating employees, Einstein agrees that employees will keep their accumulated PTO bank; and that Einstein will give the union a minimum of 120 days’ notice in order to Meet and Discuss over any changes to the employee’s accumulation rates in good faith.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Flex Time Agencies shall, where practicable, establish flex time work schedules for their employees. Such flex time work schedules shall guarantee the Employer's ability to provide services, to meet all workload demands as defined by the Employer, and to the extent practicable, meet employees' personal scheduling preferences. Approval of such requests shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Central Time After all Parties have been notified, the provisions of paragraphs (b) and (c) of this Section 2.1 shall apply.”

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.
