PTO Time. The Officer understands that he will not be eligible for or accrue any additional PTO eligibility after the Separation Date. Payment for any earned but unused 2018 PTO will be paid to the Officer once calculated and as soon as practical, by way of Grainger’s normal payroll process, following the Officer’s Separation Date.

PTO Time. (a) For the duration of this Agreement, all employees shall continue to participate in Einstein’s existing Paid Time Off (PTO) Program on the same terms as other similarly-situated Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Healthcare Network employees and the terms of such plans shall not be changed in a manner materially adverse to participating employees.

PTO Time. PTO scheduled, and approved, five days or more before the start of the shift (Scheduled PTO) shall count as time worked for the purposes of overtime.   • Lieu Time (i) Subject to (ii). (iii), and (iv) below, overtime taken as lieu time shall be accumulated at the rate of

  • Crib Time 17.6.1 An employee working overtime shall be allowed a crib time of 20 minutes without deduction of pay after each four hours of overtime worked provided the employee continues working after such crib time.

  • Flex Time Upon agreement of the supervisor's immediate supervisor, an individual flex-time schedule may be established.

  • Sick Time An employee shall have all of his/her accrued sick leave credits transferred when the employee is transferred to a different State agency.

  • Pacific Time If enabled by Platform, the Same Day ACH means that the transfer will be performed within one (1) business day. Any same day ACH transfer scheduled after the cut-off time will be treated as if it were scheduled as next day ACH transfer. In some circumstances, transactions may be delayed for risk or compliance reasons.

  • Eastern Time The Closing shall be held at the offices of the Acquiring Fund or at such other time and/or place as the parties may agree.

  • Wash-Up Time 60.01 Where the Employer determines that due to the nature of the work there is a clear cut need, wash-up time up to a maximum of ten (10) minutes will be permitted before the end of the working day, or immediately following and contiguous to the working day.

  • Break Time For daily work assignments of six or more hours, permanent and probationary employees (except bus drivers and bus aides) shall be entitled to one 15-minute break for each half of the work assignment. For work assignments of less than six hours, such employees shall be entitled to one 15-minute break. Employees who spend a majority of the workday working with a Video Display Terminal (VDT) shall be permitted to perform other job-related duties (i.e., work not involving use of a VDT) 10 continuous minutes out of each hour. Such time shall not be cumulative and shall be in addition to break time established above.
