Modification Guidelines means the Financial Hardship Relief PolicyOPER, version Effective Date 03/25/2020, as delivered to the Administrative Agent prior to the Closing Date and in effect on the Closing Date, as may be amended from time to time [*****]. “Months on Book” means, in respect of any Vintage as of any Determination Date, the number of full calendar months that have elapsed since the end of the applicable Vintage Period.
