UK licence definition

UK licence means a licence in writing granted by the Secretary of State that authorises an act or acts that would otherwise be prohibited by this Order;
UK licence means a licence issued by the United Kingdom for the purposes of international carriage, including bilateral carriage;
UK licence means, when issued to a UK road haulage operator, a licence issued by the United Kingdom for the purposes of international carriage in respect of permitted carriage of goods. When issued to a UK coach and bus service operator, "UK licence" means a licence issued by the United Kingdom for the purposes of international carriage in respect of a permitted carriage of passengers by coach and bus;
