TSGN Operator means the franchisee under the franchise agreement dated 11 June 2014 (as amended from time to time) and made between the Secretary of State and Govia Thameslink Railway Limited (company number 07934306) whose registered office is at 0xx Xxxxx, 00-00 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx xxxx Xxxx, XX0 0XX ("TSGN Franchise Agreement") or any successor operator to such franchisee;
