Successor Operator definition

Successor Operator means a Train Operator succeeding or intended by the Secretary of State to succeed (and whose identity is notified to the Franchisee by the Secretary of State) the Franchisee in the provision or operation of all or any of the Franchise Services including, where the context so admits, the Franchisee where it is to continue to provide or operate the Franchise Services following termination of the Franchise Agreement;
Successor Operator means the Corporation and any Person appointed by the Corporation to become the Operator of the Facilities and/or System following the Termination Date or Completion Date, as the case may be.
Successor Operator is defined in Section 11.6.

  • The Party designated in Article 4.1 (Designation of the Operator), a successor Operator selected under Article 4.5 (Selection of Successor Operator), and, if applicable, a substitute Operator selected under Article 4.2 (Substitute Operator).

  • Notwithstanding anything mentioned in CC Section 11.2 or 11.3, the Operator shall continue to provide Operations till the appointment of a Successor Operator.

More Definitions of Successor Operator

Successor Operator means the Person that replaces the Operator as the provider of the Operations and Construction Services following the termination of this Agreement.
