Triple A Release Event definition

Triple A Release Event. As defined in Section 2.06.
Triple A Release Event. If any Triple A Notes are Outstanding on their related Triple A Release Date and an Early Amortization Period is in effect the Property Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to sell Hybrid Leases, Loans and/or Owned Properties in an amount equal to the lesser of (i) 25% of the Aggregate Collateral Value, taking into account the sum of the Collateral Value of all Released Assets released since the Initial Closing Date (or, after each of the Series 2013-1 Notes, the Series 2013-2 Notes, the Series 2013-3 Notes, the Series 2014-1 Notes, the Series 2015-1 Notes and the Series 2016-1 Notes have been repaid in full, since the most recent Issuance Date) by paying the Release Price and (ii) the outstanding balance of all Triple A Notes.

Examples of Triple A Release Event in a sentence

  • Any Release Price collected in connection with a Triple A Release Event shall be deposited as Unscheduled Proceeds into the Collection Account and shall be included in the Available Amount on the following Payment Date.

  • Any Release Price collected in connection with a Triple A Release Event pursuant to this Section 2.06, together with any other amounts on deposit in the Release Account at such time, shall be deposited as Unscheduled Proceeds into the Collection Account and shall be included in the Available Amount on the following Payment Date to be applied as Unscheduled Principal Payments, in accordance with the Property Management Agreement.

  • Under clause (1) of Article 246, notwithstanding anything in clauses (2) and (3) of the said article, Parliament has exclusive power to make laws with respect to any of the 97 subjects enumerated in List I of the Seventh Schedule.

Related to Triple A Release Event

  • Release Event has the meaning set forth in Section 6(b).

  • Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.

  • Lease Termination Date means the last day of the Lease Term.

  • Collateral Release Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 10.15(d).

  • Escrow Release Date has the meaning set forth in Section 9.6.

  • Release Effective Date means the date the Release becomes effective and irrevocable.

  • Escrow Termination Date has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 9.12.

  • Release Period means the period specified in paragraph 3(d) of the letter of consent.

  • Release Deadline means the deadline prescribed by Employer for the execution of the general release described in this paragraph (d)(2) of Section 7, which deadline shall in no event be later than 60 days following the date Executive’s employment terminates;

  • Forbearance Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the Termination Date and (ii) a Termination Event.

  • Restriction Termination Date means the first day on which the Board of Directors of the Corporation determines that it is no longer in the best interests of the Corporation to attempt to, or continue to, qualify as a REIT.

  • Loan Termination Date means the earliest to occur of the following: (i) as to TERM NOTE 2 and TERM NOTE 5, September 1, 2011; as to the REVOLVING NOTE, May 18, 2009 (ii) the date the OBLIGATIONS are accelerated pursuant to this AGREEMENT, and (iii) the date BANK receives (a) notice in writing from BORROWER of BORROWER’s election to terminate this AGREEMENT and (b) indefeasible payment in full of the OBLIGATIONS.

  • Release Amount means, for a Property, the following applicable amount together with any other amounts specified in Section 2.4.4:

  • Extended Termination Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(c).

  • Effective Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 10(b) hereof.

  • Accretion Termination Date As defined in the Series Supplement.

  • Anticipated Termination Date Any Distribution Date on which it is anticipated that the Trust Fund will be terminated pursuant to Section 9.01(c) of this Agreement.

  • Pre-Release shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.09.

  • Release Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Facility Termination Date means the date as of which all of the following shall have occurred: (a) the Aggregate Commitments have terminated, (b) all Obligations have been paid in full (other than contingent indemnification obligations), and (c) all Letters of Credit have terminated or expired (other than Letters of Credit as to which other arrangements with respect thereto satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer shall have been made).

  • Purchase Termination Date means the date upon which the Transferor shall cease, for any reason whatsoever, to make purchases of Receivables from the Seller under the Receivables Purchase Agreement or the Receivables Purchase Agreement shall terminate for any reason whatsoever.

  • Agreement Termination Date is defined in Section 7.4.

  • Termination After Change in Control means either of the following events occurring within twelve (12) months after a Change in Control:

  • Covered Termination means the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Cause or by Executive for Good Reason, and shall not include a termination due to Executive’s death or disability.

  • Resale Restriction Termination Date shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.05(c).

  • Escrow Release Conditions means, collectively, the conditions set forth in Section 4.3.
