Unless sooner converted in accordance with Section 2, the principal on this Note is due and payable on the three (3) year anniversary of the Issuance Date (the “Maturity Date”).
In the event the Company incurs indebtedness in excess of one hundred million US dollars (USD $100,000,000) on or after the Issuance Date, the Company shall exercise its Prepayment Right pursuant to Section 8.
