Collateral Release Period definition
Collateral Release Period means each period commencing with the occurrence of a Collateral Release Event and continuing until the occurrence of the next Collateral Reinstatement Event, if any, immediately following such Collateral Release Event.
Collateral Release Period means a period commencing on any Collateral Release Date and ending upon the occurrence of a Collateral Reinstatement Date.

During any Collateral Release Period, the Administrative Agent shall execute and deliver, at the Company’s expense, all documents or other instruments that the Company shall reasonably request to evidence the termination and release of such security interests and shall return all Collateral in their possession to the Company.
During any Collateral Release Period, the Company shall not be required to comply with the Collateral Documents or the terms of Section 6.10, to the extent such terms require the creation and perfection of security interests or Liens on Collateral (it being understood that the Company shall continue to be required to comply with the terms of Section 6.10(a)).
More Definitions of Collateral Release Period
Collateral Release Period means any period during which the Company has obtained an Investment Grade Rating and the Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Secured Parties) has released its security interests in the Collateral at the request of the Company pursuant to Section 6.11(e).
Collateral Release Period means any period from and including the Collateral Release Date to the Collateral Re-Pledge Date, if any, or, if no Collateral Re-Pledge Date has occurred, the Termination Date.
Collateral Release Period means any period of time during which the Collateral Agent is not required to have a Lien (other than set off rights) on any Collateral pursuant to the Security Documents.
