Triple A Notes definition

Triple A Notes. Any Notes that have been issued pursuant to the Indenture and have received a rating of “AAA(sf)” from the applicable Rating Agency.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if any Triple A Notes are Outstanding on their related Triple A Release Date, the Property Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to sell Hybrid Leases, Loans and/or Owned Properties in an amount equal to 25% of the Aggregate Collateral Value, taking into account the aggregate Collateral Value of all Released Assets released since the Initial Closing Date.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, if any Triple A Notes are Outstanding on their related Triple A Release Date, the Property Manager shall use commercially reasonable efforts to sell Properties in an amount equal to 35% of the Aggregate Collateral Value, taking into account the aggregate Collateral Value of all Released Properties released since the Initial Closing Date.

Related to Triple A Notes

  • Class A Notes means the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes, the Class A-3 Notes and the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Class A Note means a Class A-1 Note, a Class A-2 Note, a Class A-3 Note or a Class A-4 Note.

  • Class A Note Rate means 2.97% per annum.

  • Class A-2-A Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.

  • Class B Notes means any one of the Notes executed by the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Indenture Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2.

  • Class A Note Balance means, at any time, the sum of the Class A-1 Note Balance, the Class A-2 Note Balance and the Class A-3 Note Balance at such time.

  • Tranche A Notes is defined in Section 1.1.

  • Initial Class A-4 Note Balance means $125,000,000.

  • Class A Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class A-1 Notes, the Class A-2 Notes and the Class A-3 Notes at the respective Interest Rate for such Class on the Note Balance of the Notes of each such Class on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Noteholders of the Notes of such Class on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Initial Class A-3 Note Balance means $380,000,000.

  • Class A-4 Notes means the Class A-4 3.44% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 to the Indenture.

  • Class A Note Initial Principal Balance means $750,000,000.

  • Class A-4 Note Balance means, as of any date, the Initial Class A-4 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made on or prior to such date on the Class A-4 Notes.

  • Class C Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class C Notes at the Class C Interest Rate on the Class C Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class C Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • Class A Note Principal Balance means, on any date of determination, an amount equal to (a) the Class A Note Initial Principal Balance, minus (b) the aggregate amount of principal payments made to the Class A Noteholders on or prior to such date.

  • Class A-2a Notes means the Class A-2a 0.55% Asset-Backed Notes, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-2a to the Indenture.

  • Class B Noteholders’ Monthly Accrued Interest means, with respect to any Payment Date, the aggregate interest accrued for the related Interest Period on the Class B Notes at the Class B Interest Rate on the Class B Note Balance on the immediately preceding Payment Date or the Closing Date, as the case may be, after giving effect to all payments of principal to the Class B Noteholders on or prior to such preceding Payment Date.

  • B Notes means each of Note B-1 and Note B-2.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class A-3 Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class A-3 Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class A-3 Notes.

  • Class A-2-B Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-2-B Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class C Note Initial Principal Balance means $18,948,000.

  • Initial Class C Note Balance means $178,840,000.

  • Class A-3 Note Interest Rate means a rate per annum equal to %.
