TreeCon definition

TreeCon means TreeCon Resources, Inc. (formerly known as Polyphase Corporation and Overhill Corporation), a Nevada corporation. TreeCon is defined in the Original Securities Purchase Agreement and the other Original Investment Documents as “Parent” and is the same Person for purposes of this Agreement and the other Investment Documents.
TreeCon shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals. TreeCon is defined in the Original Securities Purchase Agreement and the other Original Investment Documents as "Parent" and is the same Person for purposes of the Investment Documents.
TreeCon means TreeCon Resources, Inc., formerely Overhill Corporation, a Nevada corporation and, prior to being known as Overhill Corporation, as Polyphase Corporation.

  • Campfire means a small outdoor fire intended for recreation or cooking not including a fire intended for disposal of waste wood or refuse.

  • We/Us/Our means TATA AIG General Insurance Company Limited.

  • Asset Management Plan means a plan created by the department and approved by the state transportation commission or a plan created by a local road agency and approved by the local road agency's governing body that includes provisions for asset inventory, performance goals, risk of failure analysis, anticipated revenues and expenses, performance outcomes, and coordination with other infrastructure owners.

  • Clean energy means Energy that qualifies as energy generated by a clean or renewable resource under British Columbia’s Clean Energy Act, SBC 2010, c.22, as amended from time to time.

  • Waterway means any body of water.

  • Agricultural operations means the growing and harvesting of crops or the raising of fowl or animals for the primary purpose of making a profit, providing a livelihood, or conducting agricultural research or instruction by an educational institution. Agricultural operations do not include activities involving the processing or distribution of crops or fowl.
