Transitional area definition

Transitional area means any ozone nonattainment area which EPA has classified as transitional in 40 CFR part 81.
Transitional area means a portion of a landscaped area that is adjacent to a natural or undisturbed area and is designated to ensure that the natural area remains unaffected by plantings and irrigation installed on the property.

Transitional area means that part of the Building Envelope that lies between the Natural Area and the wall of a Structure and is Visible from Other Property, all illustrated in Section 6.3 of the Guidelines.
