Transient Lodging Provider definition

Transient Lodging Provider means a person that furnishes transient lodging.
Transient Lodging Provider has the meaning given in ORS 320.300(13).
Transient Lodging Provider means a person who furnishes transient lodging, and includes a person who operates a transient lodging facility, whether in the capacity of owner, managing agent, lessee, sublessee, mortgagee in possession, licensee, concessionaire, or any other capacity.

Transient Lodging Provider or “Provider” means the person who is the proprietor of a Lodging in any capacity. Where management functions are performed through a managing agent other than an employee, the managing agent who shall have the same duties and liabilities as the proprietor shall be the Provider.
