Transferred Land means the Kipling Village parcel and the transferred parcel described in section 4 of this act and the structures and improvements thereon located at the campus in Jefferson county, Colorado, that the department transferred to the board pursuant to Senate Bill 94-102, enacted at the second regular session of the fifty-ninth general assembly.
