Transfer Contribution Account definition

Transfer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account described in Section 12.4 established by the Administrator or the Trustee to which the Participant’s Transfer Contribution, if any, is allocated.
Transfer Contribution Account means a separate Account maintained for a Member, which is credited with Transfer Contributions made on behalf of the Member, along with any earnings or losses.
Transfer Contribution Account means the account maintained to reflect the Participant's interest under the Plan attributable to his or her Transfer Contributions pursuant to Section 4.07.

Transfer Contribution Account means an account established pursuant to paragraph (b) of Article VI with respect to direct transfers made to this Plan from another qualified plan pursuant to Article V.
