Transaction Resolution definition

Transaction Resolution means the special resolution of the Company Shareholders approving the Transaction, to be substantially in the form and content of Schedule 1.1B;
Transaction Resolution means a special resolution of the Trust in substantially the form of Schedule A hereto;
Transaction Resolution means the special resolution of the Royal Shareholders approving the Transaction, to be substantially in the form and content of Schedule 1.1B;
