Examples of Guarantor’s Board Resolution in a sentence
If the form of any Guarantees by any Guarantor to be endorsed on Securities of any series is established by action taken pursuant to a Guarantor’s Board Resolution of such Guarantor, a copy of an appropriate record of such action shall be certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of such Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee at or prior to the delivery of the Guarantor Order contemplated by Section 303 for the authentication and delivery of such Securities with such Guarantee endorsed thereon.
If the form of any Guarantees by any Guarantor to be endorsed on Securities of any series is established by action taken pursuant to a Guarantor’s Board Resolution of such Guarantor, a copy of an appropriate record of such action shall be certified by the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of such Guarantor and delivered to the Trustee at or prior to the delivery of the Guarantor Order contemplated by Section 3.03 for the authentication and delivery of such Securities with such Guarantee endorsed thereon.
A Company Board Resolution and a Guarantor’s Board Resolution authorizing this Indenture and, if applicable, any supplemental indenture that is permitted by Sections 201 and 301 and that relates to such series of Securities.

Any Guarantee of any Security issued pursuant to this Indenture may be in the form established by or pursuant to a Guarantor’s Board Resolution or an Officers’ Certificate pursuant to a Guarantor’s Board Resolution, or established in one or more indentures supplemental hereto.
