Resolutions definition

Resolutions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5.
Resolutions means collectively, the Scheme Meeting Resolution and the EGM Resolutions, which will be set out in the Scheme Document;
Resolutions shall have the meaning specified in Section 8(E).

Examples of Resolutions in a sentence

  • Bank shall have received satisfactory evidence that the Board has approved that such Authorized Signer may provide such notices and request such Term Loan B Advance (which requirement may be deemed satisfied by the prior delivery of Borrowing Resolutions or a secretary’s certificate that certifies as to such Board approval).

  • The terms of a series of Securities shall be established prior to the initial issuance thereof in or pursuant to one or more Board Resolutions, or, to the extent established pursuant to (rather than set forth in) a Board Resolution, in an Officer’s Certificate detailing such establishment and/or established in one or more indentures supplemental hereto.

More Definitions of Resolutions

Resolutions shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.4(b)(iv).
