Resolutions definition

Resolutions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7.5.
Resolutions means collectively, the Scheme Meeting Resolution and the EGM Resolutions, which will be set out in the Scheme Document;

  • If the Rights Agent provides notice of its intent to resign, is removed pursuant to Section 3.3 or becomes incapable of acting, Parent, by Parent Board Resolutions, will as soon as is reasonably possible appoint a qualified successor Rights Agent who, unless otherwise consented to in writing by the Acting Holders, shall be a transfer agent of national reputation or the corporate trust department of a commercial bank.

More Definitions of Resolutions

Resolutions shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.4(b)(iv).
