Series Resolution definition

Series Resolution means a resolution of the Corporation authorizing the issuance of a Series of Bonds in accordance with the terms and provisions of the General Trust Indenture, adopted by the Corporation in accordance with Section 204 of the General Trust Indenture.
Series Resolution means the resolution of the Authority pursuant to which the Authority authorizes, issues, sells and delivers the Adjustable Rate Bonds.
Series Resolution means a resolution or resolutions adopted by the Board authorizing the issuance of one or more Series of Prior Bonds, Parity Bonds or Junior Obligations in accordance with Section 16(b) (Issuance of Future Bonds).
