Total Facilities definition

Total Facilities means the aggregate of the Revolving Credit Facility and the Term Loan Facility.
Total Facilities means, in the aggregate, all of the US Facility, the UK Facility, the Canadian Facility and the Australian Facility.
Total Facilities means at any particular time, the aggregate of all outstanding Utilisations (including utilisations under the Ancillary Facilities but excluding Bank Guarantees) and the Available Facilities at that time.
