Incremental Facility definition

Incremental Facility has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).

Incremental Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.20(a).

Examples of Incremental Facility in a sentence

• The foregoing notwithstanding, the applicable lenders may consent to a different commitment fee to be paid pursuant to the terms of any applicable Incremental Facility Amendment, Replacement Facility Amendment or Extension Offer.

• Each Incremental Facility shall have the same guarantees as, and be secured on a pari passu basis by the same Collateral securing, all of the other Obligations hereunder.

More Definitions of Incremental Facility

Incremental Facility means the Incremental Commitments and the Incremental Loans made thereunder.

Incremental Facility means an Incremental Revolving Facility or an Incremental Term Facility.

Incremental Facility means (a) any Incremental Term Facility, (b) any Incremental Revolving Credit Facility, (c) the commitments (if any) of Additional Revolving Lenders to make Incremental Revolving Loans in respect of any Revolving Credit Commitment Increase and the Incremental Revolving Loans in respect thereof and/or (d) the commitments (if any) of Additional Term Lenders to make Incremental Term Loans in respect of any Term Commitment Increase and the Incremental Term Loans in respect thereof.

Incremental Facility means any Facility consisting of Incremental Term Loans.
