Working Capital Facility definition

Working Capital Facility means, at any time, the aggregate amount of the Working Capital Lenders' Working Capital Commitments at such time.
Working Capital Facility means a committed or uncommitted revolving credit facility entered into by the Borrower or a Subsidiary to obtain working capital financing in the ordinary course of business.

More Definitions of Working Capital Facility

Working Capital Facility has the meaning assigned to such term in the Interim Notes Indenture.
Working Capital Facility means, one or more debt facilities, up to an aggregate principal amount of $50.0 million, with banks or other institutional lenders providing for revolving credit loans, receivables financing (including through the sale of receivables to such lenders or to special purpose entities formed to borrow from such lenders against such receivables) or letters of credit, in each case, as amended, restated, modified, renewed, refunded, replaced (whether upon or after termination or otherwise) or refinanced (including by means of sales of debt securities to institutional investors) in whole or in part from time to time.
Working Capital Facility means any working capital facility provided for the general corporate purposes of the Group.

Working Capital Facility means (i) any indentures or credit facilities or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders or investors that provide loans, notes, other credit facilities or commitments permitted under clause (3) of the definition of Permitted Indebtedness and (ii) any indentures or credit facilities or commercial paper facilities with banks or other institutional lenders or investors that extend, replace, refund, refinance, renew or defease any part of the loans, notes, other credit facilities or commitments thereunder, including any such replacement, refunding or refinancing facility or indenture that alters the maturity thereof, as such agreements may be amended (including any amendment and restatement thereof), supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
