Toshiba Licensed Products definition

Toshiba Licensed Products means all products and systems (including flash memory cards) manufactured and sold at any time by TSC or its Subsidiaries. For the avoidance of doubt, any product or system that at any time qualifies as a Toshiba Licensed Product due to its manufacture and sale by TSC or its Subsidiaries shall be deemed a Toshiba Licensed Product so long as it is manufactured and sold by Toshiba or any Subsidiary of Toshiba (including TSC or its Subsidiaries).
